DeafLondon CEO Thomas Lichy spoke today at Parliament about the barriers facing deaf people who want to vote or engage with the democratic system. He also gave examples of how deaf people have overcome these obstacles to create change in UK institutions.

This was a Bite the Ballot event, organised as part of Operation Disabled Vote / National Voter Registration Week.
