Staff from DeafLondon will be digging out their trainers ready for the Stop Changes to Access to Work march this Saturday, 26th September.
Access to Work (AtW) is a great scheme which supports many deaf and disabled people but the changes are affecting our jobs.
So if you or someone you know have had your AtW budget cut, or you believe in standing up for what’s right, then dig out your trainers as well and join us on the march.
All supporters will be meeting up from 12pm opposite Parliament. Then at 1pm everyone will march to Downing Street to deliver a petition to Government. Over 18,000 have already signed the petition to stop the changes. If you haven’t signed yet, log on to www.you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/stop-the-changes-to-access-to-work to help reach the target of 20,000.
More info about the march and BSL video is at www.stopchanges2atw.com
See you there!
